Real employer partnerships. Real project experience. Real pathways to employment in the AI economy. Funded by the Community Power Fund — paid for by the data centers whose AI created the displacement.
"The same companies automating your industry are driving up your electricity bill. The AI Power Dividend makes them fund your training. The Guild is where that funding goes."
The AI Job Guild is not a coding bootcamp. It is not a certification factory. It is the community-based workforce development system that the AI economy destroyed and then failed to replace.
Guild members in pilot cohorts landed roles at $45K–$65K within six months — not because the credential changed, but because the experience and the employer relationships did. The Guild is built on the same principle as the AI Power Dividend: if AI was built on human intelligence, then humans have a claim on AI's returns.

The AI Power Dividend Act requires data centers consuming 5 MW or more to contribute a per-kWh Community Power Contribution to a locally governed Community Power Fund. 20% of that fund — the AI Workforce Transition Fund — flows directly to Guild chapters in the communities where those data centers operate.
At conservative projections, this generates $26M–$260M per year nationally for workforce training. At moderate projections, $130M–$1.3B. The Guild does not depend on philanthropy or government grants. It is funded by the industry that created the need for it.
